These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. You need to read these terms and conditions. We will use the phrase "these terms" to cover all of these terms and conditions and any changes to them.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms. If you don't accept these terms, you must not use this website. In these terms:

"You" means the person using this website
"Your" has a corresponding meaning
"We" means the Early Discoveries Charitable Trust Board. "Our" and "us" have a corresponding meaning.

Fee Structure

Standard fees are $6 per hour. However, discounts may apply depending on your situation. Please ask us! We will do everything we can to enable you to attend our centre

  1. Fees are to be paid weekly. Please keep your fee payments up to date. Failure to do so may reduce your child’s hours or days and any payments outstanding will be referred to a debt collection agency to retrieve the debt.

  2. All booked days / sessions will be charged, regardless of whether a child attends or not.

  3. No fees will be charged during the Christmas break or on public holidays.

  4. The method of payment of fees can be cash, eftpos, cheque, automatic payment, or internet banking.

  5. Two weeks notice is required if your child is leaving. Fees occurring during this notice period must be paid in full.

  6. The Management Committee will review the Fees Policy and this fee structure on a regular basis and notify families of any change to this structure giving 2 weeks’ notice.

3-6 Year olds

  1. The first 20 hours ECE are at no charge for 3-6 year olds. Fees charged after the 20 hours are $6 per hour. Late fee (if often) is $1.00 per minute.*

  2. Donation is $2.00 per day or $10 per week.

  3. There are no optional charges for 20 hours ECE.

2-year-olds

  1. Children must be enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week.

  2. There is a compulsory fee of $6 per hour* Late fee (if often) is $1.00 per minute.

Changes to this website

We may change the information on this website, including these terms, at any time. By continuing to use this website after any changes have been made, you acknowledge that you will continue to be bound by these terms.

Errors and updates

We reserve the right to add or remove material, and correct errors. If you find any errors on any part of earlydiscoveries.co.nz please email our administrator on either weymouth@earlydiscoveries.co.nz or manurewa@earlydiscoveries.co.nz.

We will try to make sure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.  However the website makes information available to you as a general information service only.
